Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds multi-colored new potatoes, halved
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
 - ½ teaspoon lemon zest
 
Directions
- Step 1:Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
 - Step 2:Toss together potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; work in batches, if necessary. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
